About the Association
Al-Shareyah Association El-Saf El-Balad is registered under No. 720 – Giza (1988) and is a branch of Al-Shareyah Main Association for Cooperation of Workers in the Qur'an and Sunnah. The association supports orphans, low-income families, people with chronic illnesses, those unable to work, widows and older people. Its activities include food and in-kind aid, medical and educational support, assistance for orphaned brides, home repairs and community support during emergencies.
The System and Field Work
The association operates an internal electronic system consisting of an administration panel and a mobile app for Android, iPhone and iPad, used to organize beneficiary and assistance records. The app lets authorized personnel review cases, eligibility, locations and aid history, and reach and contact families during field work. Depending on the role the association assigns to each user, it may also let them view case documents, view the general report, and correct a family's home location (map point and address) or phone number. Case records are created and managed from the administration panel.
Access and Confidentiality
The app is not a public aid-application platform. People outside the association's authorized personnel cannot create an account or view any records. All data is subject to the association's confidentiality and access-control rules.
